Key Responsibilities
- Support licensed SLPs in delivering speech and language therapy services
- Implement components of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) under supervision
- Collect and document data to track student progress
- Prepare materials and assist in therapy organization
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster communication success
- Ensure compliance with Texas school and state standards
Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field

Active or pending Texas SLPA license

School-based or pediatric experience preferred

Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
